摘要
感应分流器作为一种高准确度和高稳定性的电流比例标准,能高效运用于电流互感器检定以及电流比较仪的量程扩展,特别适用于工频小电流量值溯源。在此背景下,研究感应分流器的误差特性十分必要。文章推导感应分流器的T型等效电路模型和误差表达式,从理论上得出了影响感应分流器误差性能的参量,最后进行了试验研究,在此基础上,提出了感应分流器误差特性的结论,对指导感应分流器的设计和校准试验具有重要的意义。
As a high accuracy and stability current ratio standard, inductive current divider (ICD) can be effec- tively used in the calibration of current transformer and the range extension of current comparator, which is especially suitable for traceability of power frequency miniature current. On this basis, it is necessary to explore error character- istic of ICD. The T-net-work equivalent circuit and error expression of ICD are derived in this paper, and the parame- ters which can influence the error performance of ICD are analyzed in theory. The experiment research is conducted at last. Based on this, the conclusion of error characteristic of ICD is put forward in this paper, which is of great signifi- cance to guide the design and calibration of ICD.
