摘要
针对焦化生产行业一类负荷电能质量不合格或双电源切换不成功导致煤气异常排放问题,提出一种利用复合开关实现低压双电源快速柔性切换方法。该方法切换速度快,切换过程不产生冲击电流、过电压,保证设备正常运行。切换过程由协调控制器协调控制,各设备间信息流用IEC 61850模型表示,适应未来电网发展。实例分析说明了所述双电源快速柔性切换方法的实现和快速柔性切换复合开关的基本特性。
Aiming at the problem that the low load power quality is unqualified and the double power supply switch is not standard which causes the abnormal gas emission in coking industry, this paper presents a method to realize the fast and flexible switching for low voltage double through using the composite switch. The method is fast, and the switching process does not produce impulse current and over voltage, and it ensures normal operation of equipment. The switching process is coordinated by the coordination controller, and the information flow between each device is represented by the IEC 61850 model, which is capable of adapting the development of power grid. The example analy- sis shows that the realization of fast and flexible switching method of the double power supply and the basic character- istic of composite switch.
