摘要
采用电磁加热和Ⅴ型螺杆相结合的方式来熔胶,设计螺杆自身参数,用光栅尺计量注胶位移实现定量注胶,用LabVIEW编写可用于螺杆式注塑设备的上位机控制程序,对注塑参数进行设定及显示,并通过对话框对故障进行报警,具有较高安全性,保存生产报表及生产配方并可随意浏览各项帮助信息.本系统有效消除胶料的碳化.产生气泡等问题,提高了注塑设备的工作效率和热熔胶的利用率.
Designing parameters of screw to meet a certain amount of melt volume, adopting grating ruler for quantitative note glue by measuring the displacement of plastic injection, this system used elec- tromagnetic heating and V type screw to make plastic melt. The software introduced is a PC control pro- gram, developed by LabVIEW, which can be used for the V screw type injection molding equipment. It can set and display parameters of injection molding and through the dialog box to the fault alarm with high security. This system can save production report and production formula and can browse through all the help information. The system effectively avoids the problem of carbonization of the rubber and bubbles, which improved the working efficiency of the injection molding equipment and the utilization rate of hot melt adhesive.
