摘要
对于张家口近代城市建设史的研究多数局限于官方提出或实施的规划建设,往往忽略了个人或机构在城市规划建设中所起到的作用和贡献。1908年,张家口第一个经营房地产的企业——怡安有限股份公司创办,对城市建设做出卓越贡献,促使张家口近代城市商业格局初步显现,对城市经济的发展有巨大影响。该文通过文献研究、实地调研等方法收集怡安公司在张家口关于城市规划建设实践的相关资料,通过归纳总结、图示等方式,说明在张家口近代城市规划建设中非官方组织机构的作用与贡献。其目的是梳理相关史实,总结非官方组织机构对近代城市规划建设的影响,并为今后的研究张家口工作提供借鉴作用。
The majority research of Zhangjiakou modern city construction history limited to the official offer or implemented planning and construction, it often ignored the personal or organization＇s role in the construction of urban planning and contribution. In 1908, Yi＇an company was founded in Zhangjiakou which was the first real estate company and made outstanding contributions to urban development. It promoted modern Zhangjiakou city commercial pattern preliminarily reveal, which had a huge impact on the development of urban economy. In this paper, through literature research, field survey method, we collect information of Yi＇an company in Zhangjiakou about city planning and construction practice. Through generalizations and graphic method, it shows that unofficial organizing agency plays an important role in modern urban planning and contribution. Its purpose is to comb the related historical facts, and to summarize the unofficial organization＇s influence on the modern urban planning and construction, and to provide reference for future research work to Zhangjiakou.
