夏热冬暖地区高校教学建筑自然通风模拟分析与设计策略——以深圳大学城为例 被引量:4

摘要 夏热冬暖地区高校教学建筑目前大多都采用中央空调、机械通风的方式,由于高校教学建筑内部具有人员密集、新风需求量大的特点,最大限度地采用自然通风的方式更有利于教学活动的进行,并且还能降低建筑能耗。该文以深圳大学城内北京大学A栋、哈尔滨工业大学A栋为主要研究对象,结合仪器测量、软件模拟、比较分析等方法,分析两栋建筑在建筑总平面、建筑平面、建筑剖面、开窗设计等自然通风方面的问题。最后,提出相应的高校教学建筑的自然通风设计策略,为夏热冬暖地区教学建筑的设计提供参考依据。 At present, the educational buildings mostly adopt the way of central air conditioning and mechanical ventilation in hot summer and warm winter region. Because the interior of educational buildings is intensively crowded and large quantity fresh air is demanded, a maximum use of natural ventilation will reduce the energy consumption of the building. Taking A Building of Beijing ~Jniversity and A Building of Harbin Institute Technology of Shenzhen university town as the main research objects, by actual measurement instrument, software simulation and comparison, we analyze the problems on the natural ventilation on the aspects of general layout, building plan, section and window design. Finally, we put forward the corresponding design strategies, which can provide the reference basis for the educational buildings in hot summel and warm winter region.
