摘要
本研究在对国内城中村改造相关研究文献进行合理分类与筛选的基础上,整理城中村改造研究中建筑空间领域的研究框架,分析城中村改造过程中针对建筑空间与使用人群的研究现状,提出城中村改造的四类研究倾向:提倡各类人群平等居住的空间权利、关注城市区域更新复兴、重视空间营建的技术方法、保证灵活多样及人性化的空间营建方式。最后对建筑空间领域开展城中村改造研究的必要性进行总结与展望。
Based on the reasonable classification and screening of the relevant research literature on the the domestic urban villages＇ reformation, organizing research framework of the building space domain, we analyze the research status on architectural space and using crowd in the process of renewal and reconstruction situation. We also summarize four types of research tendency in the urban village reconstruction： advocating equality dwelling space rights of each demographic, focusing on city regional update, paying attention to the technology and patterns of space construction, ensuring more humanized and flexible in space management. Finally, we summarize the necessity and prospect of the building space research on city villages＇ reconstruction.
