摘要
目的观察程序化管理应用对神经外科ICU护理管理的有效性。方法 86例神经外科ICU病房收治患者随机分为观察组与对照组,对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上加用程序化管理,比较两组临床疗效、Barthel指数和护理满意度。结果观察组总有效率为86.05%,对照组总有效率为65.12%,观察组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),两组护理后Barthel指数较护理前比较,有统计学差异(P<0.05或P<0.01),组间护理后Barthel指数比较,观察组改善程度优于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组护理满意度优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论采用程序化管理对神经外科ICU护理中进行干预,能提高临床疗效,提高护理满意度,改善医患关系,提高护理质量,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To observe procedural management effectiveness of application of neurosurgery ICU nursing management. Methods 86 patients with neurosurgery ICU patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,the control group used conventional care,on the basis of,the observation group used procedural management,compared two groups of clinical curative effect,Barthel index and nursing satisfaction. Results The observation group＇s total effective rate was 86.05%,the control group＇s total effective rate was 65.12%,curative effect observation group was better than that of control group（ P〈0.05）,Barthel index before and after nursing care in the two groups were compared,statistically significant（ P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01）,nursing Barthel index between groups,the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was better than that of the control group（ P〈0.05）. Conclusions The procedural management in neurosurgery ICU nursing intervention,can improve the clinical curative effect,nursing satisfaction and the doctor-patient relationship,improve the quality of nursing,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
