摘要
目的探讨护理干预对无痛可视人流手术患者负性情绪及满意度的影响。方法将本院妇产科2016年3—10月收治的1136例进行无痛可视人流手术的患者采用数字表法分为观察组568例和对照组568例,对照组采用常规护理,观察组加强护理干预,比较两组的负性情绪变化及护理满意度。结果观察组干预后的焦虑、抑郁评分低于对照组,避孕知识掌握率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组在获取信息、服务态度、心理支持、护理安全方面的满意度均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论加强护理干预能够缓解无痛可视人流手术患者的负性情况,减少人流综合征,提高护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the effect of nursing intervention on negative emotion and satisfaction of patients with painless visual induced abortion. Methods 1,136 cases of visual induced abortion patients from March to October 2016 in Department of Obstetrics and Gynecology were randomly divided into the observation group with 568 cases and control group with 568 cases,the control group was given routine nursing,the observation group was strengthened nursing intervention,and the two groups were compared of negative emotion and nursing satisfaction. Results The anxiety and depression score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,contraceptive knowledge mastery rate was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The access to information,service attitude,psychological support,nursing safety satisfaction in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. Conclusions To strengthen the nursing intervention can alleviate the negative situation of painless visual induced abortion patients,and improve the satisfaction of nursing.
