摘要
在典型抹面砂浆的基础上开发了具有抹面、质感二合一功能的水泥基质感抹面砂浆。测试结果显示,在增加14%的20~40目粗砂以增强质感效果后,通过增加可再分散乳胶粉用量(从2.8%提高至3.5%或更高)制备的水泥基质感抹面砂浆仍可以符合JG 149—2003《膨胀聚苯板薄抹灰外墙外保温系统》的要求。
Based on the typical base coat,a new 2in1 base coat was developed with rendering and texture function, The testng results show that,after increasing the 14% 20-40 mesh coarse sand to enhance the texture effect,it can still meet the requirements from the standard JG 149--2003 ＂External thermal insulation composite systems based on expanded polystyrene＂, by increasing the amount of redispersible powder（increased from 2.8% to 3.5% or higher）.
