摘要
为有效整合山东大学现有宗地类不动产登记数据,针对山东大学不动产登记数据的特点和地籍数据库建设现状,结合宗地类不动产登记数据特点,设计宗地类不动产登记数据整合流程,采取分类处理的方式,在认真分析不动产登记数据中宗地属性的基础上,通过基于宗地代码的信息自动提取方法将地籍数据库信息自动提取至宗地属性表并进行严格的质量检查,建立不动产登记原始库。通过整合试验区宗地类不动产登记数据验证其有效性。
For the effective integration of Ji＇nan the parcel real estate registration data,according to the characteris- tics of real property registration and cadastral database construction status data, combining the types of real estate registra-tion data, design the real estate registration data integration process, take the way of classification processing, after a care-ful analysis of real estate registration based on parcel attribute by parcel code automatic information extraction method of the cadastral database automatic information extraction to parcel attribute table and based on strict quality inspection, es- tablish the real estate registration database. Its effectiveness is verified by the integration of the test area real estate regis- tration data.
