摘要
为探讨儿童头发中 6种元素之间的相关性关系 ,应用电感耦合高频等离子体发射光谱仪(ICP -AES)测定了 6种元素的含量 ,并用SAS或SPSS软件 ,经计算机处理。结果表明 ,1 0 5 1例儿童头发中Zn、Fe、Cu、Ca、Mn和Pb含量分别为 (91 96± 2 0 0 5 )× 1 0 -6,(3 1 3 6± 5 5 2 )× 1 0 -6,(1 1 78± 2 69)× 1 0 -6,(677 3 8± 1 0 8 94)× 1 0 -6,(2 73± 1 0 4)× 1 0 -6和 (1 1 0 1± 3 62 )× 1 0 -6。儿童头发中 ,Zn与Pb含量呈非常显著负相关 ,P <0 0 1 ;Cu与Mn和Pb呈非常显著正相关 ,P <0 0 1 ;Ca与Pb呈非常显著正相关 (P =0 0 0 1 ) ;Mn与Pb呈非常显著正相关 ,P <0 0 1。
To investigate the relation among six kinds of element in hair in 1051 children,the content of six inorganic elements Zn,Fe,Cu,Ca,Mn and Pb was determined by the ICP-AES,and the data was analyzed by SAS or SPSS statistics software.The results show that the content of six kinds of element is(91 96±20 05)×10 -6 ,(31 36±5 52)×10 -6 ,(11 78±2 69)×10 -6 ,(677 38±108 94)×10 -6 ,(2 73±1 04)×10 -6 and (11 01±3 62)×10 -6 in hair of 1051 children,1 to 9 years old,respecively.The content of Zn was remarkably negative relation with Pb in hair in the children( P <0 01).The content of Cu was evidently positive relation with Mn and Pb( P <0 01).In the same way,Ca versus Pb( P= 0 001)and Mn versus Pb( P <0 01)are very positive relations.
