分析植株中GUS表达的两种快速简便方法 被引量:3

摘要 介绍了两种经过改进的GUS组织化学分析法 (戳点法与涂沫法 )。用移液枪吸取少量X Gluc反应液戳点待测材料 ,或用细毛笔涂抹经破损的待测材料表面 ,只需在 37℃下温育 2 0~ 30min即可在检测部位观察蓝色反应。此法具有简便、快速。
