摘要
筛选出适合万寿菊穴盘育苗的最佳基质配比,为堆肥产品的资源化利用以及育苗生产提供依据.以堆肥产品和果园土为原料,按不同体积比调配成7种育苗基质,开展了花卉万寿菊的育苗试验.测定基质理化性状,调查种子发芽率、成苗率以及植株的侧根数、主根长、株高、叶长、叶宽,测定叶绿素含量等指标.各处理土壤容重都较对照减小,孔隙度增加;速效磷、碱解氮和有机质含量大幅提高.万寿菊发芽率表现为T3=T5=T6>T7>T4>T2>CK>T1,成苗率的关系是T5>T4=T6=T7>T1=T2=T3>CK,发芽势大小顺序为T3=T5>T7>T6>T4>T2>T1>CK.不同育苗基质对万寿菊形态和生理指标的影响表现为:T5、T1主根长与其他各处理之间都有极显著差异;T1、T2、T5侧根数与其他各处理间均有极显著差异;T2与T4叶长与其他各处理间均达到极显著水平;T1与T3叶宽与其他各处理间差异均达到极显著水平;T5 chl含量最高,T3最低,各处理间差异均达到极显著水平.利用堆肥初产品和芒果园土壤调配万寿菊育苗和移栽基质是可行的.堆肥初产品可增加基质的肥力,改善基质的保水能力和通气性,但是,不适合用大比例堆肥产品与土壤配比.万寿菊育苗基质以T5、T6最为适宜,T1、T2、T4和T5都可做幼苗移栽后的种植基质.
In order to provide the basis for industrialized production, the optimum matrix proportion of marigold hole tray seedlings growing is screened out for the recycling use of the compost product. By using compost product and orchard soil as raw materials, seven kinds of substrates which were blended with the different volume ratio were carried out in the marigold flower seedlings growing test--to measure matrix physical and chemical properties, and to investigate seed germination rate, seedling rate and plant lateral root number, root length, plant height, leaf length, leaf width, the determination of chlorophyll content and so on. All the treatment of soil bulk density decreased and porosity increased, with contrast to the control group. Available phosphorus, alkaline hydrolysis nitrogen and organic matter content increased significantly. With marigold germination rate of T3 = T5 =T6 〉 T7 〉 T4 〉 T2 〉 CK 〉 T1, the rate of seedling is T5 〉 T4 = T6 = T7 〉 T1 = T2 = T3 〉 CK, and germination potential is T3 = T5 〉 T7 〉 T6 〉 T4 〉 T2 〉 T1 〉 CK. Different influence of the substrate on the performance of marigold morphology and physiological indexes were as follows: Taproot length of T5 and T1 varies significantly from the others ; Lateral root number of T1, T2 and TS, varies significantly from the others ; Discrepancy of leaf length of T2 and T4 achieves very significant level with contrast to the others ; Discrepancy of blade width of T1 and T3 achieves very significant level with contrast to the others; chlorophyll content of T5 is the highest, and that of T3 is the lowest, both achieve a significant level between every treatment. Using composting products and mangos soil to make seedlings and transplanting substrate of marigold is feasible. Composting product can increase the fertility of matrix, improve the water retention and air permeability of matrix. But the ratio of the composting products and the soil should not be too large. T5 and T6 are the most suitable nursery substrates of Marigold, while T1, 3"2, T4 and T5 can be suitable planting substrate of seedlings.
