摘要
目的分析小切口微创治疗新鲜跟腱断裂的临床效果和安全性。方法选取我院2013年3月~2016年6月收治120例新鲜跟腱断裂患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。观察组采用小切口微创治疗,对照组采用常规切口治疗,比较两组的治疗效果。结果观察组手术治疗后的并发症发生率为5.00%,低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术治疗后的完全恢复时间、住院时间短于对照组,两侧小腿最大周长差小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组手术治疗后的总有效率为93.33%,高于对照组的75.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对新鲜跟腱断裂患者实施小切口微创治疗,不仅能减少术中感染、肌腱再断裂、术后粘连等并发症,还能改善患者两侧小腿最大周长差,缩短完全恢复时间以及住院时间。
Objective To analyze the clinical effect and safety of small incision minimally invasive in the treatment of fresh rupture of achilles tendon.Methods 120 patients with fresh rupture of achilles tendon from March 2013 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The observation, group was given small incision minimally invasive and the control group was treated with general incision.The treatment effect of the two groups was compared.Results The incidence rate of postoperative complications in the observation group was 5.00~,which was lower than that of the control group （20.00%）,with significant difference （P〈 0.05）.The complete recovery time and hospitalization time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference of the maximum circumference between the two sides of the observation group was less than that of the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.33%, which was higher than that of the control group （75.00%）,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Using small incision minimally invasive in the treatment of fresh rupture of achilles tendon can not only reduce the complications such as infection,tendon rupture,adhesion after operation,but also improve the perimeter difference of bilateral crus, shorten the recovery time and hospitalization time.
