云南省两届医药卫生类“技能高考”成绩评价及应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 目的就两届技能考试成绩进行对比分析,提出相关建议供借鉴参考.方法运用SPSS软件对两届技能考试成绩进行统计学分析,比较2届的人体解剖学、血型鉴定成绩以及其他两项成绩的平均分、优良率情况.结果在两届技能考试中第一届的人体解剖学的平均分(118.47)高于第二届(115),其血型鉴定平均分(38.31)低于第二届(40.59),优良率比较结果为第一届人体解剖学优良率(31.72%)高于第二届(23.86%),其血型鉴定的优良率(57.23%)低于第二届(65.76%);在两届不同类别学校比较中民办学校的总体成绩一定程度上较公办学校的好(P<0.01).结论两届学生对人体解剖学技能的掌握情况整体波动不大,但从优良率的比较可以看出第二届考生对人体解剖技能掌握较好的学生高于第一届.但与第一届考生相比,第二届考生对血型测定技能掌握的程度低于第一届,且成绩中等的考生所占的比例(22.34%)较第一届(12.64%)高,成绩较差的考生所占的比例(20.42%)较第一届(21.60%)略有降低,因此得出结论是:各中职学校对于人体解剖技能方面的教育重视度有所提高,对于生理学技能成绩有所下降可能与生理学考试内容增加,考核难度增高有关. Objective To compare and analyze the performances of two skill tests, and then put forward some suggestions for reference.Me thods SPSS software was used to analyze the scores of two skill examinations,compare the average score and excellent rate of the situation of human anatomy, blood group identification and the other two examination projects of two sessions. Re s ults The average score of the first anatomy(118.47) was higher than the second(115) in the two skills tests. The average score of blood type identification(38.31) was lower than that of the second(40.59).As for the excellent rate, the first anatomical results of 31.72 percent was higher than the second of 23.86 percent, the excellent rate of blood type identification(57.23%) was lower than that of the second(65.76%).Compared with the public schools, the overall performance of the private schools was higher than that of the public schools(P〈0.01) Conclus ion The skill of human anatomy maslered by the two essions' students is not far-off on the whole, but from the excellent rate, we can see that the second session's students master the human anatoing shuls betler than the first session. However, compared with the students of the second sessin,those of the first session mastered blood typing skills betler.The proportion of middle-score students of the second session(22.34%) is higher than that of the first session(12.64%),and students with low scores are less than those of the first session(21.60%).Therefore we concluded that vocation schools have paid more atlention to human anatomy skills. The decline of physiology and physiology skills' scores may be related to the increasedexamination content and increased difficulty assessment.
