摘要
为防治强直性脊柱炎提出合理的标准化治疗方案,提高有效率,研究骨痨愈康丸联合西药治疗肾虚督寒型强直性脊柱炎。结果显示:患者的主要临床症状、体征等改善明显,安全性更好。与单纯西药相比,能更好地改善患者的症状,减缓患者病情的发展,增强中医证候疗效。明确了骨痨愈康丸联合西药治疗强直性脊柱炎的优势,为患者找到更有效、合理的治疗方案,提高患者依存性。
The objective is to put forward rational standardized treatment scheme for the prevention and treatment of ankylosing spondylitis, to improve efficiency and to study the effect of Gulao Yukang pill combined with western medicine in improving ankylosing spondylitis. The results indicated that the main clinical symptoms and signs of patients were significantly, improved, it was of higher safety. Compared with the pure western medicine, Gulao Yukang pill combined with western medicine can better relieve the symptoms of the patients, slow down the progress of the patients and enhance TC/vI symptoms curative effect. In this way, the advantage of Gulao Yukang pill combined with western medicine in improving ankylosing spondylitis is confirmed, which proves it as a more effective and reasonable treatment and can improve patients＇ dependency.
