摘要
目的探讨丙泊酚麻醉对颅脑肿瘤患者血糖及乳酸水平的影响。方法将120例颅脑肿瘤手术患者,根据随机数字法,分为对照组(七氟醚)和观察组(丙泊酚),每组各60例,两组均给予全麻气管插管,于麻醉诱导前5 min(T1)、插管后5 min(T2)、麻醉后30 min(T3)、麻醉后60 min(T4),比较两组患者的血糖及乳酸水平变化情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组T3、T4时间点血糖水平明显降低,P<0.05;与对照组相比,观察组T4时间点乳酸水平明显降低,P<0.05;观察组T1、T2、T3、T4时间点血糖及乳酸水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组T1、T2、T3、T4时间点血糖及乳酸水平比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论丙泊酚能够更好地稳定颅脑肿瘤手术患者的血糖及乳酸水平,减轻患者麻醉期间的应激反应。
Objective To study the effect of propofol anesthesia on levels of blood glucose and lactic acid of brain tumor. Methods 120 brain tumor patients treated with surgery were given general anesthesia with endotracheal intubation were randomly divided into the control group （sevoflurane） and the observation group （propofol） according to the random number method,60 patients per group. 5 min before anesthesia （T1） ,5 rain after intubation （T2） ,30 min after anesthesia （T3） and 60 min after anesthesia （ T4 ）, the level changes of blood glucose and lactic acid in the 2 groups were compared. Results Compared with the control group, the levels of blood glucose on T3 and T4 were significantly decreased in the observation group （P 〈 0. 05 ） ; compared with the control group, the level of lactic acid on T4 obviously decreased in the observation group （ P 〈 0. 05 ） ; the levels of blood and lactic acid on T1, T2, T3, T4 had no statistical difference in the observation group （P 〉 0.05 ） ; the levels of blood and lactic acid on T1,T2, T3,T4 had statistical difference in the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Propofol anesthesia can better stabilize the levels of blood glucose and lactic acid for brain tumor patients treated with surgery and reduce stress response during anesthesia.
