摘要
采用环烷酸+异辛醇+煤油萃取体系,研究有机相皂化度、相比(O/A)等工艺条件对含铝量为0.2~0.4g/L的混合氯化稀土溶液进行逆流串级萃取除杂的影响。最佳工艺条件为:环烷酸、异辛醇与煤油的体积比为(15%~20%)(15%~20%)(60%~70%)、皂化度0.10、相比(O/A)=1/2。萃余液出口水相杂质铝含量合格(Al_2O_3/REO<0.01%)。
Effects of saponification degree and phase ratio (O/A) of organic phase on aluminum removal rate from mixed rare earth chloride solutions with aluminum content of 0.2 - 0.4 g/L were investigated by countercurrent cascade extraction in naphthenic acid-isooctyl alcohol-kerosene system. Aluminum at outlet of aqueous phase is qualified (A1203/REO〈0.01%) under the optimum conditions including volume ratio of naphthenic acid, isooctyl alcohol, and kerosene of (15-20%) : (15%-20%) : (60-70%), saponification degree of 0. 10.and phase ratio O/A= 1/2.
