糖尿病心肌病发病机制的研究进展 被引量:67

摘要 糖尿病心肌病是一种独立于高血压、冠心病的特异性心肌病。糖尿病心肌病的经典发病机制包括代谢紊乱、心肌纤维化、心肌细胞凋亡、微血管病变等。近年来发现氧化应激、炎症反应与糖尿病心肌病密切相关,可能是糖尿病心肌病治疗的潜在靶点。现就近年来国内外对糖尿病心肌病发病机制的研究做一综述,为防治糖尿病心肌病提供新的理论依据。 Diabetic cardiomyopathy is a type of myocardial disease, independent of hypertensive cardiomyopathy and coronary artery disease. The classic pathogenesis was supposed with metabolic disturbances, myocardial fibrosis, myocardial cell apoptosis and small vessel disease. Recently, oxidative stress and inflammation have been reported to play a critical role in diabetic cardiomyopathy ,which may be a potential therapeutic target for diabetic cardiomyopathy. Here, we reviewed studies on mechanism of diabetic cardiomyopathy and hopefully provide a new theoretical basis for prevention and treatment of diabetic cardiomyopathy.
