摘要
目的采用中医传承辅助系统软件,分析"国医大师"刘尚义教授治疗宫颈癌的临床用药特点。方法将2014年1月—2015年7月就诊于刘尚义教授国医堂门诊宫颈癌患者信息输入系统中,采用关联规则阿Apriori算法、复杂系统熵聚类等无监督数据挖掘方法,探讨刘尚义教授治疗宫颈癌的临床用药特点,确定处方中药物使用频次,药物之间的关联规则及治疗原则等。结果筛选出的150例处方,共涉及药物106种,挖掘出4个核心组合和2个新方。结论刘教授治疗宫颈癌多用活血散结、滋阴清热之品。
Objective To analyze the characteristics of clinical medicine of medical master Liu Shangyi in treatment of cervical cancer by using traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） inheritance support system. Methods The prescriptions of patients with cervical cancer from January 2014 to July 2015 were collected ,then the data were entered into TCM inheritance support system and composing principles were analyzed by using data mining methods such as revised mutual information, complex system entropy cluster and unsupervised hierarchical cluster, to get the frequency of each herb, association rules among the herbs and therapeutic principles. Results A total of 150 prescriptions were obtained, containning 106 kinds of herbs, 4 core combinations and 2 new prescriptions were mined from the database. Conclusion Professor Liu is good at promoting the blood circulation - resolving mass, nourishing yin and clearing heat to treat cervical cancer.
