摘要
目的观察自拟加味温胆汤加减治疗急性鼻-鼻窦炎(ARS)的临床疗效。方法将ARS患者60例随机分为两组,对照组患者给予口服头孢呋辛酯分散片和中成药鼻渊舒口服液等常规治疗,治疗组给予加味温胆汤加减。观察对比两组患者治疗前后各个单项症状体征的改善情况,以评估临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率明显优于对照组,且鼻塞、鼻涕、头痛、嗅觉减退的症状体征积分更低均(P<0.05)。结论自拟加味温胆汤加减治疗ARS有良好的临床效果,无不良反应。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of self- made modified Wendan decoction in treatment of acute nasal sinusitis （ARS）. Methods 60 cases of patients with ARS were randomly divided into treatment group and control group, 30 cases in each group. Control group received oral Cefuroxime axetil dispersible tablets and traditional Chinese medicine Biyuanshu oral liquid, treatment group received selfmade modified Wendan decoction. Compare the individual symptoms and signs of improvement before and after treatment between the two groups and assess the clinical efficacy. Results After treatment, the total effective rate of treatment group was higher than that of control group, and the symptom scores of stuffy nose, runny nose, headache, hyposmia of symptom scores were lower than those of control group with significant difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion Self -made modified Wendan decoction is effective in treatment of ARS without adverse reaction.
