食品科学与工程专业“创新思维模式”教学体系探索与实践 被引量:6

摘要 该文主要介绍了食品科学与工程专业的现状,针对目前本专业教学发展中面临的问题,以南京财经大学为例对食品科学与工程专业"创新思维模式"教学体系构建进行了探索,通过开展"问题式、案例式"课堂教学和实践教学方式,建立课堂、科研和实践"三位一体"的创新教学模式,有效提升了本专业的教学质量,为兄弟院校相关专业的教学体系发展提供参考。 The present situation of food science and engineering major in China was introduced in this paper,In view of the existing problems of disciplinary development,taking Nanjing University of Finance and Economics as an example,innovative thinking mode of teaching system construction of food science and engineering was explored.Innovative teaching mode of'Trinity'in classroom,research and practice was established.In virtue of these measures,the teaching quality of grain engineering discipline will be improved,and suggestions will be provided for teaching system development of food science and engineering in relative universities.
