摘要
为了研究烟草加工过程中滚筒内物料料幕的完整性,建立了一种图像分析的方法:通过适当的方法拍摄下滚筒内的物料料幕图像,使用Image-pro plus图像处理技术对图像处理、测量,比较固定截面内露出筒壁的面积占固定图像面积的比例。对图像特征进行量化,从而对不同条件(物料流量、滚筒转速等)下料幕的完整性进行比较,确定了较优的工艺参数。
A method of image analysis is established, in order to study the integrity of material curtain in the cylinder during the manufacturing process of tobacco. The image is processed and measured by the Image-pro plus image processing technique, and the ratio of the area of the exposed cylinder wall to the fixed image area in the fixed section, by the image of material in the cylinder using an appropriate method. The image features are quantified to compare the integrity of material curtain in different conditions （material flow, cylinder rotational speed, etc.）, and the optimum process parameters are established.
