羊捻转血矛线虫病防控研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 羊捻转血矛线虫是一类呈全球分布且危害严重的胃肠道寄生性线虫,可造成牛、羊贫血及贫血引发的综合征,导致牛、羊等生产性能下降甚至死亡,给养殖户造成经济损失。目前,对捻转血矛线虫病的防控主要以药物为主,近年来免疫预防的研究也越来越多。同时,通过挖掘宿主自身抗病基因和主效分子标记,利用这些标记进行选育,提高这些抗病基因在羊群中基因频率的工作也在进行。该文着重阐述了捻转血矛线虫病的防控方法,以期对捻转血矛线虫病的防控策略有一定帮助。 H.contortus is a global distribution and serious harm to the gastrointestinal parasitic nematodes, can cause cattle, sheep anemia and the syndrome caused by anemia, resulting in cattle, sheep production performance decline or even death, to the farmers resulting in economic losses.At present, the prevention and treatment of parasitic disease is mainly drug-based.In recent years, immune prevention research more and more.At the same time, through the excavation of the host itself disease resistance gene and the main molecular marker, the use of these markers for breeding , the work of improving resistance gene frequency in the of prevention and control of nematode disease is emphasized, and of H.contortus will be helpful. sheep is also carried out.In this paper, the method it is hoped that the prevention and control strategy
