摘要
山桐子油是1种含有不饱和脂肪酸、生育酚、β–谷甾醇和角鲨烯等多种生物活性成分的可食用油脂。分析了山桐子油的性质、组成及其食用安全性,综述了山桐子油的提取技术,以期为优化山桐子油提取技术、深度开发利用山桐子油提供参考。
Idesia polycarpa Maxim oil is a kind of edible oil containing various bioactive compounds such as unsaturated fatty acids, tocopherol, fl-sitosterol and squalene. The characteristics, compositions and edible safety of Idesia polycarpa Maxim. oil were analyzed and its extraction technology was mainly reviewed, which provided a reference for the optimization of extraction technology and deep development and utilization ofldesia polycarpa Maxim. oil.
