摘要
系统地总结了近年来国内外稻谷中镉、铅、汞和铬等最新的检测技术。比较和分析了不同检测方法的优缺点和适用性。对重金属检测技术的未来发展趋势进行了探讨,将有利于开发新的重金属检测技术和提高稻谷安全的监测。
Recent progress of the new detection techniques ot cadmium, lead, mercury aria chromium in rice both domestic and overseas were summarized systemically. The advantages, disadvantages and applicability of different detection methods were compared and analyzed. The future development trend of heavy metal detection techniques was discussed, which will be conducive to develop the new heavy metal detection techniques and promote the safety monitoring of rice.
