摘要
协同创新是大学跨学科研究组织提升创新能力的手段,也是服务于国家科技发展战略、满足社会需求的重要路径。斯坦福大学Bio-X计划作为大学跨学科研究组织协同创新的典范,面向科技前沿,研究通过资源有效整合进行知识生产、知识传播和知识转移,在协同创新的管理体制和运行机制方面进行了前瞻性的探索和实践。斯坦福大学Bio-X计划协同创新的体制机制可为我国高校跨学科研究组织协同创新提供经验借鉴:在战略层面,做好顶层设计,确立大学跨学科研究组织协同创新的战略目标;在组织管理体制层面,建立有效的组织管理体制以确保大学跨学科研究组织管理体制有益于协同创新;在组织内部运行机制层面,建立有效的运行机制,促进产学协同创新"无缝对接"。
Collaborative innovation is an effective means for interdisciplinary research to enhance innovation capability, and also an important way to serve the national science and technology development strategy and to meet the social needs. Bio-X program is an collaborative innovation model of interdisciplinary research organization in Stanford University. Bio-X program has developed knowledge innovation in the process of knowledge production, knowledge dissemination and knowledge transfer through effectively integrating resources oriented to S^T frontier research, conducting a prospective exploration and practice in fields of the management system and operational mechanism of collaborative innovation. This paper refined the collaborative and innovative institutions and mechanisms of Bio-X program, hoping to provide experience and enlightenment to the collaborative innovation of interdisciplinary research in universities in China.
