摘要
高炉喷煤是现代炼铁工艺中一项重要的技术,提高喷煤水平是钢铁企业降低焦比和生产成本的重要技术措施。文章在归纳总结了高炉喷煤技术发展趋势后,分析了高炉喷煤自动控制工艺流程,描述了施奈德Quantum与西宁特钢高炉新喷煤工艺相结合的成果。
Blast furnace pulverized coal injection is an important technology in modern ironmaking process. Improving the level of coal injection is an important technical measure to reduce the coke ratio and production cost of iron and steel en-terprises. In this paper, it summarizes the development trend of blast furnace coal injection technology, analyzes the process of automatic control for blast furnace pulverized coal injection, and describes the combination of Schneider Quantum and Xining Special Steel blast furnace new coal injection technology.
