闭式排放系统与开式排放系统均是海上平台正常生产所不可缺少的辅助工艺系统。本文将介绍海上平台排放系统的组成,并就开/闭排系统进行简化、合二为一的做法所存在的安全隐患问题展开讨论,讲述具体的的改进措施和建议。
Closed drain and open drain systems are both indispensable auxiliary process systems for the normal production of offshore platforms. This article will introduce the composition of drain systems on offshore platforms, and discuss the security risks for the simplification and combination of the open drain and closed drain systems into one, also present the corrective actions and provide suggestions for improvement.
