摘要
分级诊疗制度是近年来国家深化医疗体制改革的新举措,鼓励不同等级的医疗机构妥善分流就诊人群、优化配置医疗资源。分析了以镇江市第一人民医院为核心的医联体及其信息化建设方案,实践证明,该方案有效缓解了上级医院就诊压力,增强了基层医疗卫生机构服务能力,同时也为其他省市的医联体和相关信息化建设提供了参考与借鉴。
Hierarchical medical system is a new way for national medical system reform in recent years. It encourages medical institutions of all levels to regulate the number of patients and allocate medical resources optimally. This thesis analyzes the First People＇s Hospital medical association unit in Zhenjiang City and its information construction solutions. The practice has proved that the solutions has not only relieved visits pressures of higher level hospitals effectively, but also enhanced the service capacity of primary health care institutions. Meanwhile it presents a reference of medical association units and information constructions for other hospital association units.
