荒漠草原优势植物根际溶磷菌溶磷能力研究 被引量:2

Primary research of dissolved phosphorus bacteria of dominant plant rihizosphere dissolving phosphorus capability in desert grassland

摘要 本试验以西藏阿里地区优势植物根际溶磷菌为研究对象,利用平板培养基和选择性培养基对来自不同植物的菌株的溶磷能力进行初步测定,其中六株在蒙金娜有机磷培养基上形成明显透明圈,其D/d值(溶磷圈直径与菌落直径比值)在1.944~2.326之间;五株具有溶解无机磷能力,其D/d值在1.164~1.298之间;1株菌株既能溶解有机磷又可溶解无机磷。对所有菌株进行液体培养,用钼蓝比色法测定有效磷增量分别为8.933~20.932μg/mL和10.981~36.220μg/mL。PWXZ6和NXZ4溶解无机磷能力较其他菌株强,NXY18溶解有机磷能力较其他菌株强。结果表明:PWXZ6、NXZ4和NXY18在后续研制微生物肥料时有较大的潜力。 Phosphate dissolving bacteria from different dominant plant Rihizosphere in Ali region of Tibet were screed and their phos-phate dissolving ability were checked primarily by using petri medium and selectivity medium,six strains presented obvious transparence circle on Mendajin organic phosphorus medium that D/d value is between 1.164 and 1.298;Five strains owned phosphate dissolving ability that D/d value is between 1.164 and 1.298.One strain dissolved not only organic phosphorus but also dissolved inorganic phosphorus.The strains were cultured in liquid medium,effective phosphorus quantity were increased by 8.933-20.932 and 10.981-36.220pg/mL re-spectively by using molybdenum-blue colorimetry.The results showed that the strains of PWXZ6,NXZ4 has better dissolved inorganic phosphorus,and NXY18 has better dissolved organic phosphorus.So the three kinds of strains have better potential for further studying mi-crobe fertilizer and development.
