马占相思树皮废弃物酸水解及活性炭制备研究 被引量:4

摘要 通过测定生产栲胶后马占相思树皮废弃物中半纤维素,纤维素以及木质素的含量,认定其可作为林产化工产品的原料。对废弃物酸水解所需的条件做了考察,采用磷酸活化法用废弃物制备了活性炭。结果显示硫酸浓度为12%,水解2 h还原糖得率最高。对废弃物热解制得的活性炭进行亚甲蓝吸附实验,结果发现吸附力较差,推测认为与极性基团增多产生屏蔽效应有关。研究结果为栲胶厂马占相思树皮废弃物的深度利用提供了依据。 Acacia mangium bark residue after tannin extraction was identified as the raw material of chemical industry of forest products under determination of hemi-cellulose, cellulose and lignin. The conditions of acid hydrolysis were evaluated and active carbon was prepared by phosphoric acid activation. The results showed that the maximum yield of reducing sugar was obtained under 12% sulfuric acid and 2 hours hydrolysis conditions. The adsorption capacity of active carbon was poor from the results of methylene blue adsorption experiment, which was presumed to be related to the increased amount of the polar groups. All the research results can be used for application of Acacia mangium bark residue after tannin extraction.
