摘要
目的:探讨尿液沉渣检查在泌尿系统疾病诊断中的临床应用。方法:选取2014年1月-2015年12月笔者所在医院收治的泌尿系统患者共112例,将其随机分为对照组和观察组,各56例,其中对照组选用尿液分析仪进行诊断,观察组患者则采用尿液沉渣检查进行诊断,观察两组患者的临床诊断率。结果:研究表明,观察组患者的阳性检查率为91.07%,明显优于对照组的78.57%,组间对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者急性肾炎综合征、肾小球病、肾结石、肾肿瘤等疾病诊断准确率均明显优于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在临床泌尿系统疾病诊断中应用尿液沉渣检查能够有效提高临床诊断准确率,应用效果显著,值得在临床上大力推广和使用。
Objective：To investigate the clinical application of urinary sediment examination in the diagnosis of urinary system diseases.Method：From January 2014 to December 2015,a total of 112 cases of patients with urinary system diseases in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,56 patients in each group,the control group using urine analyzer for diagnosis,patients in the observation group using urine sediment examination diagnosis.Clinical diagnosis rate of two group were compared.Result：Study showed that the positive rate of observation group of 91.07%,significantly better than the control group of 78.57%,application of urinary sediment examination was significant,there was significant differences between the two groups（P0.05）.Disease diagnosis rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：The application of urine sediment in clinical diagnosis of urinary system diseases can effectively improve the accuracy of clinical diagnosis,the application effect is significant,worthy of promotion and use in clinical practice.
