摘要
本试验旨在研究发酵饲料对断奶仔猪肠道菌群的影响。将27头平均体重6.83 kg的28日龄断奶仔猪随机分为3个处理,即试验I组(基础日粮)、试验Ⅱ组(基础日粮+20%的过夜水)、试验Ⅲ组(基础日粮+菌液+20%过夜水)。试验期为15 d。试验结果表明,Ⅲ组十二指肠、空肠、回肠、盲肠和结肠中乳酸杆菌的数量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05);Ⅲ组回肠、结肠中的芽孢杆菌数量显著高于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),其余各组差异不显著(P>0.05);Ⅲ组回肠、盲肠和结肠中大肠杆菌数量显著低于Ⅰ组和Ⅱ组(P<0.05),其余各组差异不显著(P>0.05)。发酵饲料可改善断奶仔猪肠道菌群构成,有助于减少仔猪腹泻和增强仔猪对营养物质的消化吸收能力。
Purpose of this study effects of fermented feed on morphology of small weaned piglets. Average weight of 6.83 kg will be 27 to 28 day old piglets were three treatment. Test I group(positive control group, with basic diet), group II (neg group with basal diet +20% of the overnight water), group III(negative control group w intestine of divided into ative control ith basal diet + bacteria + 20% of the overnight water). The results showed that the number of lactobacilli in duodenum, jejunum, ileum, cecum and colon was significantly higher in group III than that in group I and II (P〈0. 05). The number of Bacillus in ileum and colon of group III was significantly higher than that in group I and II (P〈0. 05). The number of E. coli in the ileum, cecum and colon of group III was significantly lower than that of group I and group II (P〈0. 05), but there was no significant difference among the other groups(P〉0. 05). The fermented feed can improve the intestinal mucosa of weaned piglets flora composition, help to reduce diarrhea and increased piglet on nutrient digestion and absorption capacity.
