氧化锰矿低温硫化还原浸出工艺改进试验研究

摘要 氧化锰矿硫磺还原焙烧-酸浸工艺低温焙烧产物中生成了大量的MnS物相,酸浸过程S较易以H_2S气体挥发逸出而导致硫利用率不高和环境污染的问题。利用焙烧产物中共存的Mn_3O_4的氧化性,研究纯矿物MnS与Mn_3O_4的酸浸过程,考查了MnS中硫物相的转变规律,以查明减少浸出环节气体H_2S的逸出的效果,完善氧化锰矿硫磺还原焙烧-酸浸工艺。 A large amount of MnS phase was formed in the low-temperature roasting product of manganese oxide ore by using sulfide reduction roasting-acid leaching process. In the acid leaching process, S was easy to volatilize as H2S gas, resulting in such problem as low sulfur utilization and environmental pollution. By using the oxidizability of Mn3 O4 coexisting in roasting products, the acid leaching process of pure mineral MnS and Mn3O4 was studied. The change rule of sulfur phase in MnS was studied to find out the effect of reducing the H2 S in leaching gas and sulfur reduction roasting-acid leaching process is improved.
