摘要
目的观察经络穴位按摩干预产后缺乳的效果。方法将160例产后缺乳产妇按随机数字表分为对照组和观察组各80例。对照组采用产后常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上根据辨证分型给予经络穴位按摩。比较两组产妇的泌乳量评分、血清泌乳素水平及新生儿生长发育情况和护理满意度。结果泌乳量评分:干预后观察组评分(2.68±1.06)分,对照组评分(1.91±1.38)分,t=3.958,P<0.05;血清泌乳素水平:干预后观察组血清泌乳素(288.7±150.3)ng/ml,对照组(212.5±136.8)ng/ml,t=3.354,P<0.05;新生儿生长发育情况:观察组新生儿生理性体质量下降较对照组少(t=37.080,P<0.05),经皮胆红素值较对照组低(t=4.932,P<0.05);护理满意度:观察组的护理满意度(92.5%)明显高于对照组(80.0%),两组比较,x^2=5.270,P<0.05。结论经络穴位按摩能增加产妇泌乳量,促进血清泌乳素的分泌及新生儿的生长发育,提高护理满意度。
Objective To observe the intervention effect of meridian and point massage on postpartum hypogalactia. Method Divide 160 parturients with postpartum hypogalactia into observation group （n=80） and control group （n=80） by random number table. Parturients in control group receive routine nursing care. Parturients in observation group receive meridian and point massage according to syndrome differentiation based on routine care. Compare the score on amount of lactation, serum prolactin level, neonatal growth and development and nursing satisfaction between two groups. Result Score on amount of lactation： （2.68 ± 1.06） in observation group and （1.91 ± 1.38） in control group after intervention, t=3.958, P〈0.05. Serum prolactin level： （288.7 ± 150.3）ng/ml in observation group and （212.5 ± 136.8）ng/ml in control group after intervention, t=3.354, P〈0.05. Neonatal growth and development： neonatal physiological loss of body weight is less in observation than in control group （t=37.080, P〈0.05）. Value of transcutaneous bilirubin is lower in observation group than in control group （t=4.932, P〈0.05）. Nursing satisfaction： nursing satisfaction level is higher in observation group （92.5%） than in control group （80.0%）, x^2=5.270, P〈0.05. Conclusion Meridian and point massage can improve parturients＇ amount of lactation, serum prolactin secretion, neonatal growth and development and nursing satisfaction.
