摘要
利用MA3000型测汞仪建立了直接固体进样测定树叶和树皮中汞含量的分析方法。将新鲜树叶和树皮磨碎后直接固体进样分析,无需其它前处理,该方法的线性范围为0ng-178.298ng,相关系数优于0.999,方法检出限可达0.005ng,用本方法测定样品中的汞含量,标准物质的相对标准偏差为0.09%-2.65%;树叶的相对标准偏差为3.6%(RSD.n=7),树皮的相对标准偏差为3.6%(RSD.n=7);树叶的加标回收率为96.8%-108.6%,树皮的加标回收率为94.3%-108.0%。本方法具有样品前处理简单,测试快速,操作方便的优点,且具有较高回收率和灵敏度、较好的准确度和精密度的特点,适用于测定树叶和树皮中的汞含量。
A method for the determination of mercury in leaves and bark by direct solid injection was developed using MA3000 mercury analyzer. The linear range of the method was 0ng- 178.298ng and the detection limit of the method was 0.005ng. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of standard substance was 0.09%-2.65%. The RSD of the leaves was 3.6% (RSD.n=7) , of bark was 3.6% (RSD.n=7). The recoveries in leaves were 96.8%-108.6%, in bark were 94.3%-108.0%. The method has the advantages of simple sample pretreatment, quick test and convenient operation, and has high recovery rate and sensitivity, good accuracy and precision. The method is suitable for determining mercury content in leaves and bark.
