摘要
目的探讨真空辅助微创旋切系统切除副乳的可行性及效果。方法我院2014年3月~2016年3月采用超声引导下真空辅助微创旋切术治疗52例62个副乳,局部麻醉,全程超声引导,使用真空辅助微创旋切系统完整切除副乳。结果 1例皮下瘀斑,所有患者切口均无感染及血肿,均无皮瓣坏死等严重术后并发症,所有切口均Ⅰ期愈合。52例随访2~26个月,平均13.4月,术后外观良好,上肢活动功能不受影响,疗效满意。结论真空辅助微创旋切系统切除副乳手术安全,美容效果好,值得在有条件的单位推广。
Objective To study the clinical feasibility and effect of vacuum-assisted biopsy system in the treatment of axillary accessory breast. Methods A total of 52 patients with 62 axillary accessory breasts received vacuum-assisted biopsy from March2014 to March 2016 in our hospital. Under local anesthesia and full-course ultrasonic guidance,the En Cor vacuum-assisted minimally invasive system was used to completely resect accessory breasts. Results Postoperatively,there was 1 case of subcutaneous petechia,and all the patients had no infection or hematoma. There were no serious postoperative complications such as skin flap necrosis. All wounds healed by first intention. Follow-up observations for 2-26 months（mean,13. 4 months） showed good appearance,normal function of upper limb activity,and satisfactory curative effects. Conclusion Vacuum-assisted biopsy system in the treatment of axillary accessory breast is safe,offering good cosmetic effects and being worthy of recommendation.
