摘要
采用硬质合金刀具对TB17钛合金进行铣削加工试验,研究了刀具前角、后角和螺旋角对钛合金加工表面完整性的影响。结果表明:在试验参数范围内,TB17钛合金铣削加工表面均呈现为残余压应力;前角增大,表面粗糙度和表面显微硬度增加,表面残余压应力先减小后增加;表面粗糙度和表面残余压应力均随着后角的增大而减小;螺旋角增大,表面粗糙度和表面残余压应力均呈现出先减小后增加的趋势;TB17钛合金铣削加工表面形貌由均匀间隔突起的棱脊与深浅不一的沟槽组成,刀具几何参数和刀具磨损状态会对加工表面形貌产生显著的影响。
Milling experiments for TB17 titanium alloy were carried out using uncoated cemented carbide cutting tools to study the influence of rake angle,clearance angle and helix angle on surface integrity.The results showthat residual compressive stress could be detected on all the machined surfaces in the range of experimental parameters.Surface roughness and surface microhardness increased as well as surface residual compressive stress first decreased and then increased with the increase of rake angle.The larger the clearance angle was,the smaller the surface roughness and surface residual compressive stress were.Surface roughness and surface residual compressive stress both showed the trend of first decreasing and then increasing with the increase of helix angle.Surface morphology of milling TB17 titanium alloy consisted of evenly spaced ridges and grooves with different depths.Tool geometry parameters and tool wear condition had significant effects on machined surface morphology.
