摘要
本文论述了国内外二钼酸铵的生产工艺状况,重点论述了锦州新华龙钼业股份有限公司采用国产奥斯陆结晶器生产非团聚型二钼酸铵的理论与实践,实践结果表明用国产奥斯陆连续结晶器完全可以生产出具有国际先进水平的非团聚型二钼酸铵,大大降低了生产线的建设成本,锦州新华龙钼业股份有限公司的非团聚型二钼酸铵工业化生产的成功是我国可以自主生产优质二钼酸铵的重要里程碑。
The production process of ammonium dimolybdate in China and abroad is discussed. The practice of pro-ducing non-agglomerated ammonium dimolybdate by homemade Oslo crystallizer is discussed emphatically. The re-sults show that using homemade Oslo continuous crystallizer can produce non-agglomerated ammonium dimolybdate, and the product quality has reached the international advanced level. This technology reduces the construction cost of the production line significantly. The success of industrial production of non-agglomerated ammonium dimolyb-date is an important milestone for China. This indicates that we can independently produce high-quality ammonium dimolybdate.
