摘要
"两学一做"专题学习教育活动,其特点是将以前的集中教育拓展到经常教育,教育对象由党员干部少数覆盖到全体党员。如此,基层党支部就成了学习教育的主体,就基层党支部如何深化"两学一做",达到预期的目的和效果,从"一二三"几个方面加以论述。
