马钢1000 m^3高炉高压气体检漏技术实践

摘要 高炉到晚期后,漏水严重是高炉炉况稳定顺行和指标进步的最大威胁,因此高炉治漏是晚期高炉生产的重点工作。高炉治漏需先检漏,介绍了马钢二铁总厂1000 m^3高炉运用高压气体作为介质进行检漏的实用新技术,投资省、技术简便可靠、效果好,克服了常规检漏造成水大量漏人高炉的危害。 After the blast furnace, Water leakage is the biggest threat to the stable and econo - technical norms progress of blast furnace, so leakage treatment of blast furnace is the key work of ad-vanced blast furnace production. Blast furnace leakage must first leak detection, this paper introduces a new technology of 1000m3 blast furnace of Masteel. The technology use high pressure gas as the me-dium for leak detection. The technology is simple and reliable, good effect, investment province, over-coming the damage caused by water leakage detection of blast furnace.
