摘要
京张冬奥会的申办对京津冀一体化建设、提升体育场馆综合利用率、促进群众体育发展、培育新的体育产业增长点具有重要的推动作用。京津冀地区大众滑雪运动的整体发展水平不高,且区域内大众滑雪运动在制度建设、文化建设及资源分配上发展不均衡现象较为突出。政府应积极加强舆论引导,制定滑雪场地建设规划,提升冰雪运动人才数量和质量,这不仅是京津冀三地大众滑雪运动健康发展的需要,也可为未来京张冬奥会的成功举办夯实基础。
The succes s ful bid for the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Games plays an impor -tant role in promoting the establishment of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration, improving the compre-hensive utilization of sports venues, promoting the development of mass sports and cultivating new growth points of sports industry. The public skiing development needs more improvement in Beijing- Tianjin-Hebei region, and the skiing developing imbalance phenomenon in fields of institutional im-provement, cultural development and resource distribution is relatively prominent in the region. The government should positively strengthen the guidance of public opinion, make skiing sites planning, and enhance the quantity and quality of ice and snow sports talents, which will not only serves the healthy development of mass sports of skiing, but also lay a solid foundation for the success of the Beijing-Zhangjiakou Winter Olympic Games.
