摘要
离体水稻叶片衰老过程中,乙烯的生成速率在叶片离体后12小时达到最高峰。该峰出现在叶绿素和蛋白质快速下降之前。外源ACC(氨基环丙烷羧酸)和外源乙烯加速离体叶片的叶绿素和蛋白质量的下降,内源乙烯合成抑制剂Ni^(++)和Co^(++)则延缓两者的下降。光照抑制乙烯生成,同时延缓叶片衰老。
During the senescence of ex-leaves of rice, the amount of ethylene reached a peak at 12 hours after the leaves were detached. This peak appeared before the fast degradation of chlorophyll and protein. Exogenous ACC and ethylene accelerated the degradation of chlorophyll and protein, but ethylene biosynthetic inhibitors Ni^(++), Co^(++) delayed the decline of chlorophyll and protein contents. Light inhibited the synthesis of ethylene, which delayed the processes of senescence in the leaves.
