摘要
本文以图书平台类App为研究对象,通过调查问卷,分析了用户对这类App的界面设置、内容服务、收费模式、支付体验及互动服务等5个维度的满意程度。调查及分析结果显示,所选择的5个维度,除收费模式对满意度的影响具有显著性外,其他的均为非常显著性;各因素中,用户对界面设置的满意程度最高,收费模式满意度最低,各因素共同解释了65%满意度产生的原因,但各因素间具有较强的相互影响性,若一个因素满意度低,即使其他因素满意度较高,用户对该App的整体满意度也将会较低。
Focusing on e-book App through questionnaires, the paper studies the satisfaction rate of users from the perspectives of content, interface design, interactive services, charging model and payment. The results show that, among the five selected factors, only the charging model has significant impacts on satisfaction, whereas others are extreme significant. All factors explain of the satisfaction rate of 65%, but each is closely related in the meantime, hence negative assessment of one factor will reduce the overall satisfaction rate of the App as a whole.
