缸间齿轮联动液压发动机曲柄连杆机构的近似协同优化设计 被引量:1

摘要 缸间齿轮联动液压发动机(GCHE)是一种较传统内燃机更节能减污的动力装置,曲柄连杆机构作为发动机主要的运动部件,需要进行优化设计以保证轻质高强的特性。构建了GCHE曲柄连杆机构基于响应面的近似模型,建立了连杆、曲轴状态变量的二阶响应面近似模型,并进行准确性校验。同时建立曲轴和连杆协同优化模型,完成连杆和曲轴基于响应面近似模型的协同优化设计。优化后,连杆体积减小21.47%,曲轴体积减小2.68%,曲柄连杆机构总体积减小4.75%。结果表明,优化效果显著,基于响应面近似模型的优化方法可行有效,为后续GCHE的性能设计提供了理论依据和技术支持。 GCHE is a power plant featuring more energy conservation and pollution reduction than that of traditional internal combustion engine. Crank-link mechanism, as the main moving parts of the engine, needs to optimize the design to ensure the characteristics of light weight and high strength. The approximate model based on the response surface of GCHE crank-link mechanism and the approximation model of second order response surface of the connecting rod and the crankshaft state variables needed to be established to verify the veracity. At the same time, the collaborative optimization model for crankshaft and connecting rod was established to complete the collaborative optimum design of connecting rod and crankshaft based on approximate model of response surface. After optimization the volume of the connecting rod was reduced by 21.47%, the crankshaft volume was decreased by 2.68%, and the total volume of the crank-link mechanism was reduced by 4.75%. The optimization effect is remarkable. The results show that the optimization method based on the approximate model of response surface is feasible and effective and can provide the theoretical basis and technical support for the follow-up performance design of GCHE.
