摘要
当今时代,网络技术得到了飞速发展,正在全面改变人们的生产生活方式。建设"网上丝绸之路"具有重要战略意义,不但可以有力推动"一带一路"战略实施,而且也为"网络强国"建设提供了难得的战略机遇。在"网上丝绸之路"建设中,如果习惯性地依赖传统的因特网,那么会存在巨大的安全风险,损害国家网络空间主权。所以,建设"网上丝绸之路",必须建设自主可控、安全可信的"一带一路"新型网络,摆脱因特网的束缚。
In today＇s era, the spread of network technology has changed the way people live and work. The construction of the ＂Silk Road online＂ has important strategic significance, which not only can effectively promote ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂ implementation, but also provides a strategic opportunity to build the network powerful nation. In the process of the Silk Road online＇s construction, if we habitually rely on the Internet, then there will be a huge security risk, which will undermine the national cyberspace sovereignty. Therefore, in order to build the ＂Silk Road online＂, we must build a self-control, secure and trusted new network for ＂the Belt and Road Initiative＂, and get rid of the Internet constraints.
