摘要
在对角接触球轴承热性分析的基础上,建立了轴承系统热传递模型及有限元模型,应用ANSYS得到了轴承在两种不同情况下的温度场。经比较研究,获得了接触热阻对其温度场的影响规律,计算了在热诱导预紧力的影响下轴承最大接触应力和静刚度的变化情况。
On the base of the thermal characteristics analysis, heat transfer model and finite element model are created. ANSYS has been used for temperature field under two different conditions. By comparison, the influence law of temperature field which affected by the contact thermal resistance is obtained. Under the influence of thermal induced pre-tightening force, the maximum contact stress and the changes of static stiffness is calculated.
