水平冲击荷载下的桥墩动态响应模型试验 被引量:1

Model test on dynamic response of bridge piers under horizontal impact

摘要 基于相似理论,按照1∶5的缩尺比例制作了钢筋混凝土圆柱形模型桥墩,并进行了水平冲击下的模型试验。水平撞击力采用研制的超高重型落锤水平牵引碰撞试验机施载,并专门设计了薄壁钢管缓冲器,以模拟碰撞过程中车头的柔性变形。模型试验获得了在水平冲击荷载作用下桥墩动态响应的撞击力、位移和钢筋应变等时程曲线,并与有限元计算结果作了比较。研究表明:桥墩在水平冲击撞击下,冲击力经历了动态波动,且最大冲击力发生在第一峰值;桥墩变形主要是弯曲变形,且在撞击点以下和附近最为突出;桥墩纵向钢筋应变小,远小于其屈服应变,处于弹性范围;冲击体一半以上能量被转化成桥墩的内能和动能,造成桥墩在冲击瞬间能量急剧增加。 Based on the similarity theory, the reinforced concrete circular piers are fabricated according to the scaling ratio of 1:5, and the model tests are carried out under the horizontal impact. In this model test, the horizontal impact force was provided by the apparatus which was named as Ultra-high drop hammer horizontal impact testing machine. In addition, a thin-walled steel pipe buffer are specially designed to simulate the flexible deformation of the front of the car. According to result of the model test, the dynamic responses of the pier under horizontal impact force are obtained and compared with those of calculated by finite element method, which including the time history curve of the impact force, displacement and reinforcement strain. It shows that impact force experienced dynamic fluctuation, and the maximum force occurred at the first peak; the deformation of the pier is mainly bending deformation, and the most obviously area is nearby the impact point; the strain of the Longitudinal steel of the pier is particularly small, less than its yield strain, so the strain always variation within it’s elastic range; more than half of the collision’s energy changes into the piers internal energy and kinetic energy, resulting the pier’s energy increasing in a rapid way at the shock moment.
