摘要
为研究大气环境中干湿交替腐蚀现象对Q345钢材料力学性能的影响,首先提出了3种"间浸"式腐蚀方式,并改变模拟酸溶液的pH值;然后对经不同腐蚀方式腐蚀损伤后的试件开展拉伸材性试验,研究了各种材料力学性能参数损失百分率随腐蚀方式的变化情况。试验结果表明:相同酸性溶液中,腐蚀方式的"浸泡—晾置"交替次数越多,试件材性参数值退化越多;溶液酸性越弱,试件材性参数值随腐蚀方式变化的退化值差异越小,表明弱酸性溶液中腐蚀方式对钢材腐蚀损伤的影响较小。
In order to study the influence of dry and wet alternate corrosion in atmospheric environment on mechanical properties of Q345 steel. Three kinds of “immersion” corrosion methods were proposed with different pH values of simulated acid solution. Then the tensile test was carried out on the specimens after different corrosion modes, and the variation of the percentage loss of the various material mechanics property parameters with different corrosion modes was studied. It can be found that in the same acid solution,the more alternating times of “immersion-drying” corrosion,the more degradation of all material property parameters is appeared. The lower acidity of the solution,the change of degeneration rate of mechanical properties with different corrosion modes is not significant.
